Conflict is inevitable in the workplace. Productive Conflict is about learning how to handle it well.
Building on the emotional intelligence skills explored in Part 1, this engaging, hands-on two-hour workshop will help participants recognize conflict triggers, navigate difficult conversations, address issues before they grow, and move forward without damaging trust or relationships.
Through expert instruction, practical exercises, and facilitated discussion, participants will explore how to approach disagreement with greater confidence and turn challenging moments into opportunities for stronger communication and better outcomes.
Participants will learn how to:
- Recognize personal and workplace conflict triggers
- Have constructive conversations when perspectives differ
