Restaurants

$185.00 plus $100 up to 75 seats = $285.00
$185.00 plus $150 over 75 seats = $335.00
$50 for beer, wine, or liquor license

Lodging

$185.00 plus $75 up to 20 rooms = $260.00
$185.00 plus $150  21-40 rooms = $335.00
$185.00 plus $200  over 40 rooms = $385.00

Beauty & Barber Shops:

$125.00 plus $10 per chair
