​​This event is Indianola’s kick-off to the holiday season and features lots of FREE entertainment for young and old alike. Event highlights include: Lighting of the Trees on the Square, photos with Santa, Holiday Children’s Store, horse drawn carriage rides, your favorite cartoon characters, children’s crafts, live musical groups, photo booth, holiday shopping, yummy food, and Lighted Parade!  A not  to miss event!

HOLIDAY LINE-UP

5 P.M. - 7:30 P.M.
SANTA HOUSE -  bring your camera for pictures with Santa
CHILDREN'S STORE - let the kids pick up something special for mom and dad this holiday season (free to young children)
HORSE DRAWN CARRIAGE RIDES - take a stroll around the square and enjoy all of the sights and scenes
KIDS ACTIVITIES:  Photo Booth, Make Holiday Cards, Decorate Cookies, Musical Performances, and More!
Musical Performances by: Indianola Acapella Choir, Indianola Jazz Band, and two high school Quartets
CARTOON CHARACTERS:  Get your picture taken with Elsa, Olaf, the Grinch, and other fun characters

Businesses, organizations, families, and individuals are invited to display their holiday spirit by having a lighted float or other type of lighted entry in the Parade. The sky is the limit when it comes to decorating your entry. The more lights and creativity on your entry the better!
